• Confirmed fraudulent activity or attempted money laundering.
• Requests from relevant authorities in the context of a legal investigation.
• Account inactivity for a period exceeding 12 consecutive months.

You may also request the closure of your account at any time by contacting jp6789 support. Before closure, all eligible balances will be processed for withdrawal to your verified payment method, subject to full compliance with all rollover conditions and applicable KYC requirements.

For accounts inactive for more than 12 months, jp6789 reserves the right to impose a reasonable monthly administrative fee on the account balance until it reaches zero or until the player reactivates their account.

Jp6789's liability to any player under any circumstance shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30 days preceding the claim.

All content on the jp6789 platform, including but not limited to interface design, logos, graphics, text, software code, domain names, and all related materials, is the exclusive property of jp6789 or our relevant licensors, and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
